Jeux d'orchestres #4 - 2nd string encounter with Xavier Gagnepain and the string orchestra of french higher education institutions

Since 2024, the PSPBB has been behind the “Rencontres à cordes” (String Encounters), an exceptional string orchestra session bringing together students in higher education from across the country for a week.

For this second edition, under the artistic direction of Xavier Gagnepain, it will bring together students from several higher education institutions and the PSPBB. This session will feature a concert in Tourcoing in addition to two concerts in the Paris region.

This year, the concert is part of the “Jeux d'Orchestres” cycle, which offers six exceptional events highlighting the quality and diversity of the PSPBB's orchestral practices.

PSPBB String Orchestra, in partnership with the CNSMD in Lyon and higher education institutions (HEAR in Strasbourg, IESM in Aix-en-Provence, Pôle Aliénor in Poitiers, ESMD in Lille, PESMD in Bordeaux, Pôle Sup'93), the Cité de l'architecture, the Atelier Lyrique de Tourcoing and the CRD de Tourcoing.
