Master class in piano accompaniment - Emmanuel Olivier

Emmanuel Olivier studied piano, accompaniment, and music analysis in Lille, Brussels, and at the Conservatoire national supérieur de musique et de danse (CNSMD) in Paris. He has performed with numerous singers and instrumentalists and has recorded several CDs, including Le Cœur en forme de fraise (melodies by Poulenc with tenor Carl Ghazarossian), which was selected by Pierre Gervasoni for Le Monde's list of the five best albums of 2023.

His interest in the stage has led him to numerous collaborations in the field of opera and musical theater, as a pianist, vocal coach, conductor, and, more recently, stage director.

Emmanuel Olivier is currently a professor of accompaniment at the HEM in Geneva, as well as an assistant professor of vocal accompaniment at the CNSMDP.
