No, there are no preparatory classes at the PSPBB. The Classes Préparatoires à l’Enseignement Supérieur (CPES) are part of the Conservatoires à Rayonnement Régional (CRR)

This is not systematic. The jury decides on the entry level during the entrance exam, followed by a request for validation of prior learning at the start of the academic year.

All public or private institutions offering drama teaching: conservatoires (municipal, departmental, regional), drama schools and courses.
