Thanks to the Erasmus+ program, I spent four months (from August to December 2025) at the Danish National School of Performing Arts, where I was made to feel very welcome. My classmates and teachers were very kind and, above all, very attentive. I met some inspiring and incredible people who left a lasting impression on me and with whom I have stayed in touch.
In Denmark, people take the time to do things and express themselves. I benefited from very close personal supervision and lots of feedback on my work. It was a truly timeless experience, during which I was able to learn new things every day and focus fully on my dancing and myself. I even had free access to a gym and a physical therapist.
Every week, we had a new guest teacher, which allowed me to further broaden my vision of dance in Europe and, above all, to enrich my dance vocabulary and spoken English. Thanks to this trip, I feel more European, of course, and I've come away enriched by memorable life experiences.
If I had one piece of advice for a student who is hesitating about going abroad, I would say: go for it! You only live once, and it will definitely be a unique experience that will teach you something new.
