Following the death of Jacques Martial in August 2025, the PSPBB, on behalf of all its teams and students, expresses its deep sadness and offers its sincere condolences to his family, loved ones, the City of Paris and the DAC.

Administrative enrolment for the 2025-2026 academic year is now open for all departments.

Anna Aurigi, professor of Italian lyrical diction at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory music in Milan, Italy, will come teach a master class for PSPBB students studying lyrical and baroque singing from 31 March to 2 April.

Applicants for the DNSPM/DE entrance exam with courses affiliated to Sorbonne University (all DNSPM/DE except Jazz and MAA courses) must take an entrance test.

A new Master's degree will be launched at the start of the 2025 academic year, the Research and Practice Master's degree, with a string orchestral practice option.

A general meeting to introduce the Jazz and Amplified Contemporary Music (MAA) courses will be held on Thursday 28 November 2024 and Thursday 5 December 2024 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.at the CCR of Paris - Ida Rubinstein, Jean-Jacques Rousseau site - 53 rue Jean-Jacques Rousseau 75001 Paris - Room 5.1.
